Sensei Beth is a highly experienced 4th Dan Black Belt with over 25 years of dedicated karate training and instruction. Her depth of knowledge, technical precision and commitment to tradional standards make her a respected senior instructor. She was twice a finalist in the London Borough Youth Games, demonstrating her competitive calibre from a young age. Alongside teaching, she continues to train at an alite level in Kata, constantly refining her skill and expanding her expertise.
